DESIGN PROCESS

Customer Form

RMG DESIGNS process starts with a simple google form. This way our team knows about you and begins to contact you and get a rough understanding of your project. It will also help you reflect on what you really want in your project. This is your first step in build your home!

Fill It Out!

Initial Zoom Meeting

After filling out the form, we will contact you, inviting you to a zoom meeting. This zoom meeting is where we will discuss the basics of your project. In the same timeframe you will also receive a proposal

Acceptance of Proposal

Onsite Measurements

Soon after you accept our proposal, which will detail the type of work, cost, and people doing said work, someone will visit the site. Here we will get the measurements of the existing buildings. Using these measurements RMG Designs will create the necessary drawings and submit the plan to the city.

Designing Work

City Approval

After RMG Designs promptly finishes the initial draft of your project it is time to get started with the City Permit Process. There might be bumps along the way but we will not call your project done until this permit process has been completed. We will guide you through the process and also discuss with the city about revisions. When the city approval is finally done you can begin constructing your project!
